Kildonan Place Location. I waited in line for a few minutes before I even noticed a note written in a piece of paper that says “be back in 30 minutes” in pen or pencil, not sure, but it’s unreadable.
Why put that up there when there's clearly someone working behind the counter? I asked if they're not serving anymore, just to make sure I’m reading it correctly. I don’t think I was rude when I asked. The staff was hesitant but then proceeded to rip the paper in annoyance.
The staff explained that they’re by themselves, which is understandable, but there’s no reason to be rude. It’s not that serious, just say you’re going on break after the customer before me. I can go somewhere else. The staff half-assed my order by rushing me, I didn’t get to add my *free* booster, then gave me my cup.
I walked away and notice that the cup was lighter.
I opened it to check the inside.
I had to tilt the cup so everyone could see that it was a half-filled regular cup. This is not worth $9.

I went to Booster Juice at the Medicine Hat Leisure Centre location to pick up a skip order on May 26, 2025, at around 5:17 PM. I was waiting for a long time, and when the lady was handing me the drinks, they slipped from her hands and got all over me.
My clothes and shoes were all ruined, and she did not even apologize for her mistake. She just looked at me and went to the back. I had to go back home to change my clothes, and my shoes were ruined.
Very rude and disrespectful. I am never going back there.

My gift card not working
I've contacted Booster Juice twice in the past week regarding my gift card not working. After first contact, said someone would call me back within 2 days. After 3 days I called again, no one has called me back.

I ordered a Ocean mist at the Booster juice by Longos this morning after my workout at LA fitness. After the first couple sips I felt a scratch in my throat.
I coughed it up to see that it was a piece of sharp plastic (from the blender I assume).

Business consultant is in town to work with the teams at each location to hopefully resolve the issues.
I've been a customer of Booster Juice for many years and visit at least two times per week. I'm in Newfoundland, Canada and I find there's so much inconsistency.
All four locations - Torbay Road, at the Avalon Mall and in Mount Pearl and Hamlyn Road. The smoothies have the consistency of a glass of milk.They also taste different all the time at all locations. So the staff just slap it all together and I'm being charged $10 for a substandard drink. It's gotten so bad, that I've decided I'm not going anymore.
If I'm going to pay $10 for a smoothie, I expect it to be made the consistency of a smoothie - like a milkshake, THICK with the EXACT ingredients. I felt it best to let the corporate office know because something needs to be done at these locations. It's been like it for a very long period of time.
No one is taking pride in what they're doing and it shows. Each franchise needs a major overhaul.

Preferred solution: For the staff at the locations that I mentioned to be trained how to properly make a smoothie. They are supposed to be thick with the exact ingredients - read the recipes don't slap it all together.

Manager (Alisha Meghji) is very rude and obnoxious. I ordered a drink on the app and paid for it .
And wasnt able to pick up that day due to circumstances. I tried calling the store multiple times to cancel and get a refund ( as per protocol on the app) and no answer . Tried calling my bank to get a refund and no they said I have to contact booster juice . Finally got through the next day and Alisha refused to give me the product which was paid for .
She basically was yelling at me on the phone saying it my fault and that I lied about trying to call the store to cancel order . I asked for my product . She said no. I asked for my refund .
She said no. Its only $9.71 , its nothing to her , but everything to me . I would like what I paid for or get my money back . Its only right .
This is not how you treat loyal customers . Please escalate this matter to someone who can help me resolve

Ill never visit booster juice agin
All I wanted was a high impact açai the shake was watery and foam
U politely asked for a redound after ,she threw it out not on my request .
She decided to make a new one and I declined so I payed the price
Then she accused me of recording her and I was just on the phone with Customer service screaming and yelling at me for no reason

I purchased a smoothie it wasnt prepared that great. I am a repeated customer.
I called the next day spoke to the supervisor, and instead of trying to solve the solution with me she was very defensive, and definitely did not make me feel comfortable. I will definitely not return to that location, I will definitely never recommend booster juice that specific location ever to anyone

Im so mad. I was a VERY REGULAR customer at booster juice, although lately, 9/10 i have been very disappointed and end up getting upset.
I understand that our economy is going to *** people are financially in hot water in every aspect of life however the one thing i looked forward to after work is not what it used to be. The drinks resemble more of a flavored water and dont taste like they used to. I am not one to take the time to make complaints but since i cant remember the last "good" booster juice i had, its time to complain. They all seem to be the same perhaps sales numbers have dropped due to lack of quality, i dont know what i do know is i personally wont be wasting my money again because that is exactly how i feel like i got ripped off.
I mean i was in there nearly every day for over 2 years kinda money. So unfortunate.

Complaint
Hwy 27 in-between langstaff and hwy 7.
I go to booster juice all the time 20 times a month, and it's very disappointing when they make my booster juice watery, I tell them they apologize and continue to give horrible service, maybe because they have an exchange of employees! Must of seen over 15 different employees come and go, tell Manger to get it together because it's summer it's hot snd busy, gonna lose business!
Bad service
Smoothie was like water, protein balls is old (flakey, dry ) workers not welcoming at all Feb 15 /23 6pm at gateway Edmonton Booster juice . Wont return to this location again.
